The pre-cut plant, in one cell on your floor.

Chain pre-cut programs run on component plants independent yards can't buy into. Structmill gives your yard the same offering with one machine.

A base model, or built to your spec

The base cell handles the framing lumber most yards move every day. If your yard needs more, we build the cell around it.

Base model

Standard 2-by framing lumber, cut to length, labeled, and bundled.

Built to spec

Larger sizes, longer stock, more throughput, or added modules, matched to what your yard sells.

Questions yards ask

What is Structmill, and what does my yard get?

A cutting cell and software installed at your yard. It turns your builders' cut lists into finished framing packages: every board cut to length, labeled, and bundled by wall and floor. You get a new product to sell, a match for the chains' pre-cut programs, and builders with a reason to order every job from you.

How much does it cost, and how do we buy it?

Two ways: buy the cell outright, or lease to own. Both come with an annual package that covers software licensing and maintenance. We size and quote your setup during the pilot.

Who makes the cut list?

Either your counter builds it from the plans, or the builder sends one in from the Structmill site, a spreadsheet, or a photo. Either way, nothing is cut until the builder approves the final list. Structmill optimizes and cuts exactly what was approved.

How much floor space does it need?

The cell is sized to fit inside an existing yard building. We measure your space during the pilot.

What does it cut?

The base model handles standard 2-by framing lumber. If your yard needs larger sizes, longer stock, or more throughput, we build the cell to spec.

Can I try it before buying a machine?

Yes. The software pilot runs your builders' real packages first.

Run a pilot at your yard.

Start with software. Send one real framing package and see it optimized, bundled, and labeled before any machine arrives.
